I like most parts of being a parent to big kids. But the thing I like the least is how often we are all together. A portrait from a week with all five of my kids under the same roof.
Newborn sessions aren't as much about the newborns as they are about becoming. Becoming a mother, a parent, a family. Becoming something so ordinary and so life changing.
Scenes from a summer day. They might be fleeting but each one sure can hold so much. From a #longformsession with @alilatimerphotography I'll be back in Colorado at the end of next month. If you're interested in a session, I've got a spot for you.
I have so much to share from this #longformsession with @alilatimerphotography but I need this photo to have its own moment first, even though it's a horizontal and going to be lost in the feeds. But the heart wants what it wants.
Someone once told me that my photos feel like an easy Sunday morning, and while I think we made these on a Thursday, I hope the sentiment holds true.
