HOW IT WORKS

Want to work together one-on-one, in person? Maybe on a porch? Maybe with a raspberry ricotta cake and cup of coffee fueling us while we do? Want it to be fun and to remind you that the work we do can be hella joyful? Yeah, me too.

These workshops are a new offer that I’m really excited about. I really love getting to talk with folks about their art and their business. I love sharing what’s worked for me—and what hasn’t. I love poring over portfolios and shining a light on the pieces that feel most true to the artist who made them.

Do you want to talk through your goals? Would it help to have an objective eye look over your website or social media and tell you what they see? Are you craving a creative or connective boost?

Come on over and let’s dig in. We’ll work through it together and set you up to move towards those big, audacious dreams you’ve been dreaming.

This In Person Mentoring Offer Includes:

• 4 hours of 1:1 time with Rachel in the Chesapeake Beach, Maryland area or select travel locations (Chicago and Denver are both possibilities for 2026)

• Focus on up to three specific areas you’d like to grow in

  1. transitioning to film  

  2. course/education development 

  3. growing your creative practice 

  4. newsletters 

  5. finding / refining your vision

  6. marketings with intention and integrity

  7. project development and curation

We’ll dive into these spaces with a heart-meets-strategy focus built around your goals and real-life needs.

Optional Add-On:

• Shoot Together — if you want a live photo session as a part of this personal workshop, we can put some if these ideas into practice. I’ll line up a model and you’ll have some extra images for your portfolio. Adding a shoot is $250 to cover my extra film costs.

And because I am always interested in having a damn good time, if you want to grab some food afterwards (or be subjected to a Weaver family dinner for the brave and bold) dinner after we work is on me.

Investment details

$1390 total for the half day workshop.

Payment can be made in one payment of $1390 or an interest-free set of 4 monthly payments.

All payments are non-refundable.
