Family Photo Sessions
LONG FORM SESSIONS
Years ago I realized that I wanted to be able to create pictures with clients the same way that I created them with friends- slowly with lots of hanging out in between.
I wanted there to be time to slip between meals and conversations and creating. These sessions are not about capturing every single moment in a day- they are about having the time and space to create together in a way that is intentional and defined by ease.
Long Form Sessions are between 6-24 hours long and available within three hours of Washington, DC. without additional travel fees.

Full Sesions
These two hour sessions tend to be in-home, although I’m up for meeting at a location if you have somewhere special in mind (bonus points if that spot happens to have water we can get into -I try to swim at as many of my sessions as is humanly possible.)
Full Sessions are more abbreviated than my Long Form Sessions but they’ve got the same energy. It’s about creating a sense of belonging and making pictures that reflect back to you the beauty and the truth of the life you are already living.

Portraiture is one way of honoring our bodies.
It is a way we allow ourselves to see ourselves and to be seen by others.
It's a way that we can announce that we are good enough.
That we love ourselves, that we accept these containers, just as they are in this moment.
